Meet Neel Dhingra, the Marketing Genius for Real Estate and Mortgage Professionals

Real estate stands out as one of the most dynamic and fastest growing industries. This is a sector where market trends are emerging rapidly, driven by ever-changing consumer tastes and preferences. Therefore, real estate agents and mortgage agents must continually innovate and adapt to these trends to stay in business. “Developing practical and innovative marketing techniques will help you not only boost sales, but also better understand market needs. This makes digital marketing an integral part of your marketing strategies,” says Neel Dhingra.

Neel Dhingra is a leading digital creator and authority on the mortgage and real estate industry. As a business owner and builder, Neel recognized a gap in the market where major corporations and marketing divisions were completely unaware of the growing digital content creation arena. He was driven by a desire to shed light on the power of the digital content creation space to transform the real estate industry.

Neel began producing relevant articles that educated readers on financial options and land ownership. He used content marketing across multiple media to grow his mortgage business by over 1,000% in just three years. According to Neel, success is best motivated and achieved when two like-minded people join forces. He has since collaborated with other key players on content creation with some of the biggest names in marketing, emerging as a trusted source in a once stagnant industry.

“I focus on two things: bringing the most value in everything I do and leading by example. Everything I teach I have actually implemented or have personal experience of doing so. That way it’s not just theory, it’s evidence-based,” says Neel.

Neel’s expertise and contribution to improving the industry has earned him numerous industry recognitions with honors as Top Video Influencer including Top National Coach Tom Ferry and Industry Software Provider Bomb-Bomb. Neel also hosts the annual Forward event in Las Vegas, NV, where 1,000 real estate and mortgage professionals from across the country learn about the latest marketing trends.

Although on a noble journey, Neel has also faced many challenges and obstacles. His biggest challenge was building an audience and getting people to notice and share his content. Getting speaking engagements was also a big hurdle, especially in the early days of the industry.

“I thought to myself, what can I do today to bring value to the public. How can I improve my communication on video? And I kept doing rehearsals daily. Eventually, people started to notice,” says Neel.

He now advises other audiences to always work hard and be patient with their overall goals. But at the same time, invest more time and other resources to make sure you move quickly with daily execution.

Neel’s goal and dream is to expand and grow his social media presence to reach more people and teach them the vital things that are never taught in school or college. The mission is to continue to influence millennials on these topics through online video content and speaking at events.
